Symposium on the Challenges and Opportunities of Baylor's Baptist Heritage

How should Christian universities remember their past while faithfully pursuing their future?

This symposium brings together Baylor faculty and invited scholars to explore the challenges and opportunities of Baylor's Baptist heritage. Through a series of public lectures and panel discussions, participants will examine topics including Baptist identity, institutional memory, Christian higher education, race, theology, and the ongoing vocation of Christian universities.

Hosted by Baylor University's Institute for Faith and Learning (IFL) and Rev. Dr. Malcolm Foley in the Office of the President, the symposium invites faculty, staff, students, alumni, pastors, and members of the broader community to engage in these important conversations.
