The purpose of the Financial Services Office is to oversee the timely and accurate recording and reporting of all financial transactions of the University and the collection and custody of all institutional funds.

The purpose of Baylor University's Payroll Office (part of the Controller's Office) is to provide accurate and timely payments to students, faculty, staff and retirees, including accurate calculation of leaves, payroll deductions and federal taxes. 

The purpose of the Tax & Compliance accounting office is to coordinate the University's compliance with various government regulations including preparation of tax returns and tax research on compliance issues.
